‘[tweetmeme source=”lone_biz_owner” only_single=false]’ You and your small business should have a special relationship. You must understand what is in your small business that others can’t understand. There should be a constant communication between you and your small business. You must acquaint yourself with every area of your business.

A business brand rooted from its authenticity. And you can only face your customers in an authentic manner if you are well-acquainted with your business. Determine what your business could offer and be consistent on that. Meaning, you must be consistent with your message, with your production and with how you deal with your customers.

Everybody wants an honest deal. So if you have planted and expectation to your customers, you must work hard to met that expectation. It is by knowing your business that could help you determine how much you can promise and what you can offer.

You must start knowing your business now and declare your capabilities. Only then you can inform your customers about what you can do for them, and do it with all honesty and authenticity.
