No matter how excellent the marketing strategies are, or how much they spend on marketing their products, they can’t still get even with big brands that come along with their products in the market.
To enhance the marketing strategy and to make the products appear big in the market, one must employ brand positioning, that is to identify the advantage of your products over your big competitors.
Be active in the competition, identify which among the big brands you can attack. The main target here is to steal the market share from a particular brand or product. Analyze your competitors and look for their weakness. Once you determined your competitor’s weakness, you attack first on that area and win their market share.
Brand positioning is simply determining your advantage over your competitor, and using this advantage to target their weakness. Through this, you can have the opportunity to market your small brand and appear big.
